We have a highly prestigious and demanding customer base, and we now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service department.We value diversity highly at Attewell, and we’re able to offer an attractive and flexible package of working patterns to cater for people from a wide range of backgrounds and personal circumstances.Role ProfileReporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the processing of customer Purchase Orders, reviewing internal and customer queries and managing customer portals. This role requires liaising across departments for orderbook updates and working closely with the customer service team.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out full contract review on all customers ordersTo process customers’ orders, ensuring the correct information is updated onto the internal SAP systemReviewing and processing customers queries, including the monitor and maintenance of the internal delayed fileRegular monitoring of customers’ orders, providing regular updates to the customer and completion on key customer order booksDownloading and acknowledging customer Purchase Orders via their portalsKey Experiences & CharacteristicsAble to work under pressure and in a busy environmentKeen attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, hardworking and flexibleIndividual must be able to work on their own and as part of a teamQualifications and Experience Levels: Previous experience customer service/admin/sales/office environmentComputer literate, with good level of Excel skills/abilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft productsExperience and knowledge of SAP preferredWorking hoursThis is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
