We have a prestigious and demanding customer base, and we are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service department (either on a FTE or temporary basis) to deliver excellent on-time delivery performance and delight our customers.We value diversity highly at Attewell, and we’re able to offer an attractive and flexible package of working patterns to cater for people from a wide range of backgrounds and personal circumstances.Role ProfileReporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the processing of customer Purchase Orders, proactively managing customer orderbooks and managing customer portals. This role involves liaising across departments for orderbook updates and working closely with the customer service team.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out full contract reviews on all customers ordersProcessing customers’ orders, ensuring the correct information is updated onto the internal SAP systemProactively managing customers queries and internal queries / reportsRegularly monitoring customers’ orders, providing regular updates to the customer and actively managing internal stakeholders to deliver for the customerDownloading and acknowledging customer Purchase Orders via their portalsSupporting the Customer Service Executive with improvement projects as we continue to optimise how we operateKey Experiences & CharacteristicsPositive and proactive approachExcellent communication skills, hardworking and flexibleAble to work under pressure and in a busy environment – excited by a challengeKeen attention to detail and accuracyIndividual must be able to work on their own and as part of a teamQualifications and Experience Levels: Previous experience in a customer service/admin/sales/office environmentComputer literate, with a good level of Excel skills/abilitiesExperience and knowledge of SAP preferredWorking hoursThis is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
