FTE Contract or Temporary Position
Attewell is a fast-growing Aerospace manufacturing business based in Hayes, Middlesex. We have a prestigious and demanding customer base, and we are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service department (either on a FTE or temporary basis) to deliver excellent on-time delivery performance and delight our customers.

Role Profile
Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the processing of customer Purchase Orders, proactively managing customer orderbooks and managing customer portals. This role involves liaising across departments for orderbook updates and working closely with the customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out full contract reviews on all customers orders
- Processing customers’ orders, ensuring the correct information is updated onto the internal SAP system
- Proactively managing customers queries and internal queries / reports
- Regularly monitoring customers’ orders, providing regular updates to the customer and actively managing internal stakeholders to deliver for the customer
- Downloading and acknowledging customer Purchase Orders via their portals
- Supporting the Customer Service Executive with improvement projects as we continue to optimise how we operate

Qualifications and Experience Levels:
- Previous experience in a customer service/admin/sales/office environment
- Computer literate, with a good level of Excel skills/abilities
- Experience and knowledge of SAP preferred
Working hours
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Monday â Thursday from 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am to 12.45pm.
